Kenya's cash-for-climate-change aid

A prolonged drought in Kenya - blamed heavily on climate change - has plunged hundreds of thousands of people into poverty.

The worst affected are cattle-herders in the country's northeast. Communities that used to be self-sufficient, are now dependent on cash hand-outs from aid groups.
