Bush reshuffles US forces

With less than four months before the end of his term, US president George Bush has made what could be his last major decision as commander-in-chief of the war in Iraq.

Touting what he called a "return to success" policy, Bush said 8,000 troops would be withdrawn from Iraq and 4,500 sent to Afghanistan.

Al Jazeera's Nick Spicer reports.
