Tackling the US obesity problem

The US congress could begin voting on a healthcare reform bill as early as this week.

One key component will be cutting expenses by preventing Americans from getting sick in the first place.

Many illnesses stem from poor food choices that have made the US the most obese nation in the Western world.

Tom Ackerman reports from West Virginia, where children are being taught healthy eating habits and how to identify the early warning signs of obesity.
