Russia and US agree to cut nuclear stockpiles  
 

The US and Russia have reached a preliminary agreement to reduce their nuclear stockpiles during a visit to Moscow by Barack Obama, the US president.

His visit is part of what he called an attempt to "reset" US-Russian relations.

But as Al Jazeera's Neave Barker reports from Moscow, there are still several hurdles to overcome.
