Israel criticised over 'rubber bullet' deaths  
 

Israel's military says it uses "non-lethal" rubber-coated bullets in order to defend troops from stone-throwing protestors.

But 21 Palestinians have been killed by the bullets in the last eight years and human rights groups say the munitions are being used "recklessly".
