Qatari oil minister discusses economic crisis  
  With the oil price plummeting below $60 a barrel, Opec ministers are on their way to Vienna for an emergency meeting.

Iran wants Opec to cut production by 2 million barrels a day - this is a massive cut - the last one was 500,000 barrels.

Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston spoke to Abdullah Bin Hamad al-Attiyah, Qatar's Minister of energy and industry, about the tumbling price of oil.
