As a long-form correspondent for Al Jazeera English, Josh Rushing has shot specials and documentaries all over the world - from Iraq to Colombia and Vietnam to North Dakota.

In SPIN: The Art of Selling War, Rushing examined the truth behind the US' public relations campaign in the lead-up to the war in Iraq, uncovering how, since Vietnam, the American government has repeatedly utilised the art of 'spin' to make the case for war.

For his recent series, On War, Josh travelled from the bomb-ridden Laos countryside to the jungles of Peru and the bustling centre of an arms sale in Jordan to present the personal stories of the individuals caught in the crossfire.

In June 2007, Rushing released his first book, Mission Al Jazeera: Build a Bridge, Seek the Truth, Change the World.
