A trial is pending in the Netherlands over a cartoon published on an Arab website belittling the Holocaust.

The Arab European League says they posted it to illustrate a double standard in prosecuting cartoons considered objectionable to Jews versus those deemed offensive to Muslims. 

They point out that Geert Wilders, a far-right Dutch politician, printed the infamous cartoons of Prophet Mohammed that sparked widespread protests across the Arab world a few years ago.

But charges brought against him for distributing this material have been dismissed. 

Jewish groups in the Netherlands say it is unreasonable for Muslims to respond to perceived bias against them by deliberating offending Jews.
