Will cultural row deepen UK/Iran tensions?

Iran has cut all ties with the British Museum over its failure to lend the Islamic Republic a 2,500-year-old Persian treasure, the Cyrus Cylinder. The museum said in September that it planned to hand over the clay cylinder but that "practicalities" had meant delays. Iran's state-run Cultural Heritage Organisation said the decision was politically motivated. Will this row further deepen tensions between London and Tehran?
