Can Sharia bring stability to Somalia?

Somalia's president Abdullahi Yusuf has resigned, potentially leaving a power vacuum, which could be filled by Islamist insurgent group al-Shabab, which, when it took control of Somalia's third-largest city, Kismayo, announced that it would not tolerate anything un-Islamic.
