Is enough being done to combat HIV/Aids?

Ban-Ki-moon, the UN secretary-general, has said governments are delivering on their promises to increase universal access to HIV prevention and treatment but stressed the need to avoid complacency. How well is the world doing in the battle against HIV/Aids? With Asia facing growing HIV infection rates and Aids still the number one killer in Africa, what more needs to be done?
