Israel is swearing in a new parliament following the country's tightest general election in years. Benyamin Netanyahu, the leader of the right-wing Likud party, is continuing efforts to form a coalition cabinet. He already has enough pledges of support from right-wing parties to form a coalition but has said he would favour a coalition that includes Tzipi Livni's Kadima. How will the rise in support for right-wing parties affect relations with the Palestinians and wider region?
